- Material, width, thickness, length and converting needs
- Quantity unit, repeat-order plans and delivery location
- Sample, inspection criteria or documents to provide
- Colour, printing, anti-corrosion or anti-static requirements
Mark differences between documents and measurements
A measurement from the production floor may differ from an older document. Tell us which value describes the product in use and whether a new measurement is needed. We do not fill in unconfirmed values on your behalf.

How do I start if there is no specification sheet?
Send a photo or link for the current product, the packed product size and the process where it is used. Include any width, thickness or quantity you know; unknown items can remain open.
Will a photo alone produce a final quotation?
A photo starts the discussion. We confirm material, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and any inspection or document requirements before discussing the production range and quotation.
Can I enquire before the quantity and delivery location are final?
Yes. Include an approximate quantity and expected delivery location. Mark anything still undecided so it can be checked during the enquiry.
