Privacy notice
Hanafilm uses the company name, name, email, phone number, product details, message and optional attachment you submit to respond to your enquiry and follow up on a quotation.
Delivery and storage
Enquiries are delivered by FormSubmit to Hanafilm’s sales mailbox and kept in the mailbox for correspondence and transaction follow-up. Please attach only product information needed for your enquiry, not passwords or sensitive identity documents.
Temporary draft in your browser
As you fill in the form, this tab temporarily stores your entries, excluding attachments, so you can continue after browsing other product pages or a failed attempt. Drafts older than 30 minutes are not restored and are removed when you return to the submission confirmation page. Session storage ends when the tab is closed.
Website usage counts
We aggregate page views, enquiry clicks, form starts, submission attempts and returns from the delivery service by date and mobile/desktop category. These counts do not store names, contact details, messages, files or visitor identifiers. Returning to the confirmation page is checked separately from actual email delivery.
